In the event that LOST learns that it has collected any personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, staff will delete that information from the LOST database.

Hardened Magazine places no cookies on your computer; however, a service from Site Meter, Inc. will place a cookie for the sole purpose of tracking Internet traffic to and from the website. No personal information tracking software, adware, spyware, or other malicious code will be uploaded to your computer by our server, but Hardened Magazine makes no guarantees of third party attempts to upload this software.
Responsibility for Security Breaches:
Although Hardened Magazine makes concerted efforts to protect its servers and databases from unauthorized access, Hardened Magazine is unable to accept liability for information accessed illegally via servers, clients, or networks.
Miscellaneous:

Content Agreement:
This document applies to all staff, correspondent, blogger and other user-submitted content, as well as all reader submitted content and comments.
Please read this Agreement carefully. It is your legally binding agreement with HardenedMagazine.com. (The Company or The Magazine)
When you submit articles, photographs or any other content, or by using or attempting to use any Hardened Magazine-owned web interface (for example. HardenedMagazine.com/wp-admin), you are signifying your agreement with and acceptance of all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The company has the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time as described in our Terms of Use Agreement. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, including, without limitation, those times when we make changes, do not use, do not attempt to use, and immediately discontinue your use of, the Magazine because if you do any of these things you are agreeing to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, any changes we have made.
Submitting Content:
The term “Content” means and refers to any and all written, photo, video, multimedia or other materials you submit for posting on any website or publication owned by The Company. This includes, without limitation, still photographs, writings, spoken statements, music, audio, video, video recordings, audio-visual works and recordings, slides, portraits, animated and/or motion pictures, caricatures, likenesses, vocal or other sounds, sound recordings, voices, voice reproductions, computer graphics and visual effects.
Each time you upload or submit Content (or if you attempt to do so) you will be confirming your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you believe any Content violates the copyright of any other party, you can notify us.
In connection with all Content you submit , you grant to The Company, the unqualified, unrestricted, unconditional, unlimited, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual and royalty free right, license, authorization and permission, in any form or format, on or through any media or medium and with any technology or devices now known or may be developed or discovered, in whole or in part, to host, cache, store, maintain, use, reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, perform, publish, broadcast, transmit, modify, prepare derivative works of, adapt, reformat, translate, and otherwise exploit all or any portion of your Content on The Magazine and any other channels, services, and other distribution platforms, whether currently existing or existing or developed in the future, of The Company for any purpose whatsoever, including any promotional purposes, and the right to license and sub-license and authorize others to exercise any of the rights granted.
By submitting Content, in addition to the rights, licenses and privileges referred to above, you are also granting The Company, the unqualified, unrestricted, unconditional, unlimited, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual and royalty free right, license, authorization and permission to use and refer to your name, logo, marks, image, characteristic or other distinctive identification in presentations, marketing materials, customer lists and financial reports, to do, perform, take advantage of and exploit any and all of the rights set forth herein in connection with the marketing, advertising and promotion of The Magazine, and any products, goods, features, functions, capabilities and/or services associated with The Company and to use and otherwise exploit any ideas, concepts, content, material, expression or form of expression, in whole or in part, contained in your Content, for any purpose whatsoever.
Ownership:
The Company retains ownership and all right, title and interest in and to the Content, including, without limitation, to all associated intellectual property and proprietary rights existing anywhere in the world unless explicit alternative arrangements are made that would supersede this document.
Financial Consideration:
The Company reserves the sole and exclusive right to sell advertising and otherwise exploit, benefit from and/or realize revenue from the conduct of its business and operating The Magazine or other publications, websites or other mediums.
